The rooms are spacious and well-lit. The staff are courteous and friendly and would go the extra mile to keep guests happy. The location is excellent wall-to-wall with Rashid Mall. The breakfast is rich and of high quality

Beautiful hotel, wonderful room, spacious bathroom, English TV channels, and outstanding breakfast. All memebers of the staff were phenomenal. They made me feel very welcomed.

it was wonderful stay with the family, we loved the hotel the staff are very friendly and the breakfast was nice the rooms are big and well maintained i stayed in many hotels in jazan and next time i will choose this hotel

The overall stay was good. Nice quite place and adjacent to the mall which is convienient. Easy to reach from the airport as well. The breakfast had a good spread and the staff were also courties and friendly,

Receptionist Mr Ayman was excellent and very supportive, pokite and cordial.. One of the excellent person, I ever met in hospitality Industry.. The bell boy Aejaz was also very helpful
